Reading Foo Mun's blog made me remind me of the 10 things I miss about home. Maybe more. Maybe less. They're not in order.

1. Mum driving me around
I actually liked being ferried around by my mum. When I could drive, I was glad that I could drive. But all the waiting, the time taken to be ferried. It felt like gaining something and then giving something up in exchange. Sure, my mum felt relieved of not ferrying me around. But still, I'll always cherish those times.

2. Volleyball
Dang, I miss volleyball. I can't believe that I'm saying this, but I miss those Sunday evenings. I admit that I sucked at it, but at least I can now pass the ball, and most importantly spike! I can actually spike now haha. To be honest, my hands still feel itchy. Especially now that there's no more volleyball in college.

3. Mr Oon
I miss his classes. You'll never meet a teacher like him. All his "Fuck you" and "Government say too hard" quotes just makes him so entertaining. There was no such thing as a boring class under him. Everyone'll be so amused by his dirty jokes (which I copy from, yup, mine's very much recycled)and how we makes fun of the government and the school principal. Wish that he was my Physics or Maths teacher here in KL. Mr. Oon. You rock!

4. 5Sc1
I miss my class as a whole, actually. Miss the times when we played basketball in our little space, exceeding our PJ time and skipping Add Maths altogether. Good times. Good times.

5. Home
Yes, I miss home. Food, books, computer, the list is endless. I miss my home. I miss waking up from my bed at 7 or 8, go up the hills, then study. Miss that life because its so different in KL now. Sure, I like KL. But the quietness is gone.

6. Cycling around Lake Gardens
A form of exercise, but I miss it.

7. LIE classes
As much as I loved/hated Lit, it wasn't that bad after all. Classes were fun with Mr. Chan, though you wouldn't expect something like Mr. Oon, it was one of the subjects I found worth taking. Yup, it was the good old days when the guys and girls didn't really mix with each other. Although we were 16/17, something Mr. Chan found rather unammusing haha. Song, Ee Lin, Ying Ning, Dharshini, Jivitha, Ly Lyn, I wish that we could have known each other better from LIE but I hope that we'll get to know each other better next time.

8. BK
BK(not to be confused with Burger King, I'm talking about Bible Knowledge) was good. I wish the friends there, the classes especially. Been a while since I met anyone from that class, besides bumping into Sophia at Central. It was great. A very good subject to take. Something I don't regret. Seriously.

9. My radio
Yup. I miss it. But not that much now.

10. Taiping itself
Taiping is a much better place to live in than KL, eventhough I like KL. Taiping still wins flat. 'Nuff said.
